Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine – A Sacred Journey to the Himalayan Goddess
Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine is located in the serene mountains of the Trikuta Mountains of Jammu & Kashmir which is one of India’s most sacred places of pilgrimage. Pilgrims from all over the world trek up the heavenly path to the Holy Cave every year to visit the resting place of Mata Vaishno Devi’s statue in the form of three rock formations known as the Pindies. Pilgrims make their way throughout the magnificent trails in and out of the gorgeous natural landscape full of spiritual energy, admiring the landscape of the mountains in different shapes and forms. Inside the holy cave, the Goddess is worshipped in the form of the Pindies, which symbolize the three goddesses, Maha Kali, Maha Lakshmi, and Maha Saraswati. This shrine is a place for worldly belief and devotion but more significantly is an experience that combines spirituality, excitement from adventure, and generally the sacredness and serenity of the Himalayas. Welcome to Jammu The City of Temples and you will be welcomed by our representative at the railway station or airport who will assist and escort you to your waiting vehicle then we will drive towards Katra on reaching Katra spend the evening at leisure and enjoy overnight stay and at the hotel.
After Breakfast you can Proceed for Darshan of Mata Vaisho devi it is one of the most popular pilgrimage of India,Yatra involves a trek of nearly 14 kilometers one way from base camp at Katra known as Ban Ganga. Alternate way to perform Darshans is by battery operated cars, ponies/palkis/ helicopters (at Your Own Cost). Seek blessings at the sacred Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine and spend some time in spiritual serenity. Overnight stay Katra Hotel.
After breakfast our representative will transfer you to Jammu Airport or Jammu Railway Station for your onward journey home with cherished memories
1. What is the duration of the Vaishno Devi trip?
This is an itinerary of 3 days & 2 nights covering your arrival at Jammu, your stay at Katra, darshan, and return back to Jammu.
2. Do you provide any hotel stay for this tour?
Yes, 2 nights of hotel stay is arranged at Katra in the rooms based on MAP rates (i.e., dinner and breakfast).
3. Will somebody receive me at Jammu?
Yes, our representative will receive you at Jammu airport/railway station and transfer you to your car that will take you to Katra.
4. Is the guide available along with the cab?
Yes, the driver cum guide is provided with the cab. Toll tax and allowance to the driver is inclusive in the package.

Yes. You have a driver cum guide for all intercity transfers, and toll tax/driver allowance is also taken care of.
5. How far is the distance between Katra and the sacred cave?
It’s a trek of about 14 kilometers one way, beginning from Ban Ganga near the Katra base camp.
7. Is lunch part of the package?
No. The rooms are provided on a MAP basis, covering just breakfast and dinner. Any additional meals including lunch are not part of the package and can be paid for separately.
7. Are there pony, palki, and helicopter services in the package?
Not really. This is an optional service payable directly by you during the yatra.
8. Is flight ticket or travel insurance included in the package?
Not at all. Airfare, whether it be domestic or international, and travel insurance are not included in the package. Personal costs such as tips, laundry, telecommunication, table beverages, and additional meals are not included either.
9. What happens on the final day of the tour?
Post-breakfast, our representative will drop you off at Jammu Airport/Railway Station for further travels.
